President. \u201cThis scholarship is made in memory of Robert C. Massengill, was a consummate learner throughout his entire life and an example of the maxim &#8216;you\u2019re never too old to learn.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CFCC\u2019s certified, four-year Electrical Apprenticeship program prepares skilled craftsmen with on-the-job training. In August of 2018, CFCC registered a group Electrician\u2019s Apprenticeship program with ApprenticeshipNC.
