Biography

I found my way to Wilmington from Wisconsin via the Virgin Islands. Holding a Master’s Degree in Training & Human Resource Development, I’ve always had a passion for helping coach and developing others’ workplace skills. That passion led me to a career in Human Resources. I’ve been with CFCC since 2017 and served as a PT Instructor for Workforce Development, a Workforce Training Coordinator, and most recently a Sr. HR Specialist. As a Senior HR Specialist at CFCC, I help support Talent Acquisition, HRIS data analysis, and a variety of strategic HR projects to support CFCC’s mission and vision.

My path to working in higher education began working for the University of the Virgin Islands as an HR Business Partner/Training Coordinator and now CFCC as a Senior HR Specialist. Other professional experience includes working as an HR Consultant and Talent Acquisition in the private sector.
