Biography

Mr. Council has been with the North Carolina Community College System since 2000 and as Dean of Career and Technical Education at Cape Fear Community College since 2016. Mr. Council worked at the NCCCS System Office for eight years as the Regional Customized Training Director for Southeastern North Carolina. His ultimate objective is to help students achieve educational and career goals.
