There are seven training modules:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"px-3\">\n<li>Inside the Apartment Business.<\/li>\n<li>People, Projects, and Profits.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical Maintenance and Repair.<\/li>\n<li>Plumbing Maintenance and Repair.<\/li>\n<li>Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair.<\/li>\n<li>Appliance Maintenance and Repair.<\/li>\n<li>Interior and Exterior Maintenance and Repair.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Students will also earn an OSHA-10 certification.<\/p>\n<h4>PROGRAM LOCATION<\/h4>\n<p>Classes are held at the North Campus. Delivery mode is subject to change.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"problem-titles\">THE CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION\/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY (CTE\/WCEP)<\/h4>\n<p>Tuition free course hours that lead to technician education certificate, State, or Industry Recognized Credential aligned with a high school career cluster.
