CHAM is under the guidance of NAHAM- National Association of Healthcare Access Management. All students should have a minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent plus 90 professional development contact hours earned within the last three years; or a four-year degree from an accredited institution in healthcare, business, or related field or two (2) years management experience in the healthcare\/finance industry or CHAA certified.  Students will need a signature of one (1) supervisor or course instructor\/advisor and one (1) CHAM- certified individual (instructor).
