Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing, and real estate laws. Please note: This course requires a significant time commitment for study outside the classroom. Students are recommended to spend a minimum of 1 hour of study outside the classroom for every 1-hour classroom instruction.
