Class topics include quick breads, cakes, cookies, custards, pastries, and cake decorating. Students who successfully complete this course will also meet the educational requirements for the Certified Fundamentals Pastry Cook (CFPC) through the American Culinary Federation and be eligible to take the CFPC written and practical exam components.<\/p>\n<p>Classes are offered on CFCC&#8217;s Downtown Campus and at Apple Annie&#8217;s Bake Shop.<br \/> <a class=\"button btn-small\" href=\"https:\/\/cfcc-register.fundfive.com\/filtered\/course\/CulinaryFoundations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Search &#038; Register for Upcoming Courses <\/a> <br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>We are now offering a course<br \/> at Apple Annie&#8217;s!<\/h3>\n<h5>Career Training at Apple Annies<\/h5>\n<p>CFCC has partnered with Apple Annie\u2019s Bake Shop to offer a 12-week, professional job training course. This course provides a holistic approach to working in a high volume production bakery, covering both Front of House and Back of House responsibilities. This location is good for students interested in working in a large bakery or in customer service in general.<\/p>\n<p>Students can expect comprehensive education and training in customer service, barista skills, order management, social media marketing and planning, baking, and decorating.
