Coursework includes safe food and equipment, recipe conversion, measurements, garde manger, knife skills, flavorings and seasonings, stocks, sauces, and soups. Students will also be prepared to take the ServeSafe Certification exam.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"my-4\">\n<h4>Class Schedule<\/h4>\n <a href=\"https:\/\/cfcc-register.fundfive.com\/filtered\/course\/culinary\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> <strong>Classes meet twice a week, with day and night options available.<\/strong> <\/a> We also offer this class in Spanish. Students can view upcoming classes online.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"my-4\">\n<h4>Program Location<\/h4>\n<p>Classes meet at our <a href=\"https:\/\/cfcc.edu\/about\/maps-locations\/downtown-wilmington-campus\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Downtown Campus <\/a> or at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. Delivery mode is subject to change.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"my-4\">\n<h4 class=\"problem-titles\">THE CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION\/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY (CTE\/WCEP)<\/h4>\n<p>Tuition-free course hours that lead to a technician education certificate, State, or Industry Recognized Credential aligned with a high school career cluster.
