You\u2019ll need that information at your testing session.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>In the area labeled &ldquo;Institution Information,&rdquo; please note:<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered Nursing, Practical Nursing, and the following Allied Health applicants:\n<p>Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Medical and Cardiovascular Sonography, Medical Laboratory Technology, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Radiography, Surgical Technology, Veterinary Technology should choose <strong>Cape Fear CC ADN<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>In the box labeled Student ID, you must use your 7-digit CFCC ID number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>Testing Options<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>On-Campus Option (Union Station Testing Center):<\/strong> Applicants to CFCC may take the test a total of two times on campus during the fall, spring, and summer application cycles. The allowed total of two on-campus sessions covers all programs. It is not two sessions per program. This option is only for CFCC applicants. Testers who are not applicants or students at CFCC are not permitted to test at CFCC. The cost of the on-campus CFCC proctored option is $90.00. CFCC applicants can use the link below to explore on-campus testing options.<\/li>\n<p><\/p> <div class=\"iwi-accordion\"> <p class=\"iwi-target-container1\"> <a href=\"#\"> <strong>Requirements for On-Campus Testing <\/a> <\/strong><\/p> <div id=\"container1\" class=\"\"> <ul>\n<li>To be admitted to your testing session, you must present government-issued photo identification, such as a driver\u2019s license, passport, or green card. <\/li>\n<li>You will not be admitted to the test if you do not have your ID or if your ID does not meet the following requirements:\n<ul>\n<li>Government-issued<\/li>\n<li>Current photograph<\/li>\n<li>Examinee signature<\/li>\n<li>Permanent address<\/li>\n<li>Please note: a credit card photo, temporary license, or student ID does not meet these criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Please follow all additional requirements and suggestions on the ATI webpage for on-campus testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>  <\/div> <p style=\"text-align: center;\"> <a class=\"button px-5\" href=\"https:\/\/atitesting.com\/teas\/register\/teas-on-campus-at-institution\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span class=\"text-highlight\">Register for<\/span>  an On-Campus TEAS Test <\/a> \n<li><strong>Off-Campus Testing Options:<\/strong> Note: These options may provide a greater variety of available dates and times.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atitesting.com\/teas\/register\/teas-at-ati\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> At-Home Proctored Tests by ATI Proctors <\/a> &#8211; Cost $120.00 <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atitesting.com\/teas\/register\/teas-at-psi\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> TEAS Testing at a PSI Testing Center <\/a> &#8211; Cost $120.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If students elect to test remotely, their test scores will be available four* business days after the exam is completed (excluding weekends and major holidays). Applicants must use caution when using remote testing as program application deadlines must be met. CFCC accepts only official score reports, i.e. preliminary or student score reports are not accepted. All official scores must be sent from ATI and be on file with HSEC before filing your &#8220;Intent to Apply.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration guides are available for each option and can be reviewed <a href=\"https:\/\/atitesting.com\/teas\/exam-details\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> here <\/a> .<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h4>Testing with Accommodations<\/h4>\n<p>Accommodations may be available to testers with documented disabilities. <\/p>\n<p>Testers who want to take the test on campus at the CFCC Union Station Testing Center must contact CFCC\u2019s Student Accessibility Services (SAS) to request accommodations. Call <a href=\"tel:9103627017\" class=\"contact-link\"> 910-362-7017 <\/a> or email <a href=\"m&#97;&#105;lt&#111;&#58;s&#97;s&#64;cfcc&#46;&#101;d&#117;\"> s&#97;s&#64;cfcc&#46;&#101;d&#117; <\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: On-campus accommodated testing sessions have a separate scheduling and registration process from the on-campus group sessions. <\/p>\n<p>If approved for accommodations, the SAS will coordinate your on-campus accommodated test with CFCC\u2019s Testing Services. <\/p>\n<p>Do not register online for other testing options if you want to take your accommodated test on campus at CFCC!<\/p>\n<p>Accommodations may also be available for the At-Home ATI proctored option and the PSI Test Center option. Testers using these options do not contact the CFCC Accessibility Services office. Those requests are processed by ATI or PSI, respectively.<\/p>\n <a href=\"https:\/\/help.atitesting.com\/what-are-the-teas-exam-testing-accommodations-available?_ga=2.26843646.2119096173.1663957979-1310769202.1663609546\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Get more information about testing with accommodations \u2192 <\/a> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h4>Teas Transcripts<\/h4>\n<p>Testers can see their test scores approximately two hours after completion.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On-Campus Testers:<\/strong> The transcripts for testers on campus are available to CFCC staff electronically once the test is completed. CFCC Testing Services will provide these transcripts to the Health Science Enrollment team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>At-Home Proctored and PSI Test Center Testers:<\/strong> Testers will receive one complimentary transcript when registering for the test and can choose CFCC to receive that transcript automatically.
