Request Event Space
From conventions and large business meetings to fundraising events, Union Station features modern amenities in a vibrant downtown setting. Located at 502 N. Front St. in downtown Wilmington, Union Station is within walking distance of dozens of shops, restaurants, hotels and the scenic Cape Fear Riverwalk. Event spaces are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm.
Union Station Conference Center Facilities
Windell Daniels Hall
Located on the top floor, Windell Daniels Hall (U-508) is a 5,722 square feet ballroom that seats 380 with tables and chairs provided – 5′ round tables, 6′ banquet tables. The room can be divided in half for greater flexibility.
- Multimedia capabilities: 3 digital projectors, screens and sound system. Guest wifi is available.
- Open Air Terrace – A 2,200 square-foot balcony with a view of the Cape Fear River and downtown Wilmington
Break-out classrooms
Modern classrooms located on the top floor can provide seating for up to 48 people for smaller meetings. Each classroom is equipped with a projector, screen, and whiteboards.
Lecture/Recital Auditorium
A 300-seat auditorium (U-170) located on the ground floor can be used for lectures, forums, small ensemble recitals, and even small theatrical performances. This space features a screen and digital projector.

CFCC can provide a list of preferred caterers.
Parking
CFCC’s campus offers surface parking lots and parking decks, which are available depending on the time of day and day of the week. Downtown Wilmington offers several off-campus public parking facilities along with on-street metered parking.
