Union Station features modern amenities in a vibrant downtown setting. Located at 502 N. Front St. in downtown Wilmington, Union Station is within walking distance of dozens of shops, restaurants, hotels and the scenic Cape Fear Riverwalk. Event spaces are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm.
Union Station Conference Center Facilities
Windell Daniels Hall
Located on the top floor, Windell Daniels Hall is a 5,722 square foot ballroom with multiple seating configurations, including banquet, classroom, or auditorium. Seats up to 384 at tables, up to 400 auditorium style. The room can be divided in half for greater flexibility.

Break-out classrooms
Each breakout room is equipped with a projector, screen, and whiteboards. Refreshments are allowed.
Capacity: up to 32 seats – 4 available
RENTAL RATE: $350.00 per day
Private meeting room with views of the Cape Fear River.
Capacity: up to 48 seats – 1 available
RENTAL RATE: $450.00 per day
Lecture/Recital Auditorium
A 300-seat auditorium (U-170) located on the ground floor can be used for lectures, forums, small ensemble recitals, and even small theatrical performances. This space features a screen and digital projector.
RENTAL RATE: $1,200 per day

CFCC can provide a list of preferred caterers.
Parking
CFCC’s campus offers surface parking lots and parking decks, which are available depending on the time of day and day of the week. Downtown Wilmington offers several off-campus public parking facilities along with on-street metered parking.
