Parking At CFCC

Beginning Monday, September 13, until the first week in November the intersection of Red Cross and Water Streets will be closed and guests to the CFCC Parking Deck will have to enter via Hanover Street to Nutt Street.

Parking Announcement July 26th, 2010
Schwartz Center Parking Lot (R) and Student Parking Lot #3 are now closed due to construction on the new Union Station Parking Deck. Due to the closure of these lots, some parking spaces in Student Lot #2 have been designated Faculty/Staff Assigned Parking. These spaces are numbered and outlined in yellow. Please be alert when parking in Student Lot #2 that you do not inadvertently parking in an assigned space.
Students, Part-Time Employees, and Visitors from North Campus may continue to park in Student Parking Lots 1 and 2, the Nutt Street Parking Deck, and the Second Street County Deck. Please remember in order to park on any CFCC property, Nutt Street Parking Deck included, you will need a cureent CFCC Parking Decal. To park in the 2nd Street County Parking Deck or the Nutt Street Parking Deck, you will need your Student ID in addition to your decal.

Do You Want To Park In The New Parking Deck?
- You must be a currently enrolled student. (Pre-registered for Summer and/or Fall 2010)
- Get your CFCC ID card programmed in the LRC (Downtown or North Campus) before you drive to the deck.
- Swipe your programmed CFCC Student ID to enter and exit the deck.
- Display a current CFCC parking decal at all times while parked in the deck.

How do I get a parking decal or hang tag?
If you are a Student, Full time or Part time Employee...
Download, print and fill out the following form. Then bring the form to the cashiers office at either the Wilmington or North Campuses. You can pay for and pick up you parking decal or hang tag on the same day
What do I do if the parking deck is full?
If the Nutt St Parking Deck is full, you still have the option of utilizing student Parking Lots 1, 2 or the 2nd Street County Parking Deck. If you have any questions, please call me at extension 7279 or send me an email.
