  • Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology

    Have you always been the person who could take apart something broken and fix it? If this sounds like you, take your skills to the next level in the Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology Program. Technicians learn to service and maintain boats and other types of industrial equipment.

  • Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship

    In the Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program, we believe that the early years of a child’s life are crucial for their development and future success. Our program is designed to empower passionate individuals to become skilled educators who can make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children.

  • Electrical Apprenticeship

    Upon completion of the four-level/four-year program, apprentices will receive their Apprenticeship NC journeyman card and certificate. This program is taught using the Mike Holt curriculum and books.

  • Electrical Lineworker (Pre-Apprenticeship)

    The Electrical Lineworker Training Program is a 10-week course designed to prepare you for a challenging, interesting and HIGH PAYING career as an electrical lineman.

  • Fire Alarm Systems Training

    Fire Alarm Systems Training is a program to produce competent and qualified individuals. It is our belief that properly trained and knowledgeable fire alarm system designers and technicians will reduce the losses due to fire or false alarms and improve the quality of life in their community.

    Our Glazier Apprenticeship Program prepares you for a future in one of construction’s most dynamic fields—installing and fabricating glass for everything from custom showers to towering skyscrapers.

  • Information Technology

    Want to turn your love of computers into a job? The Information Technology degree will prepare you for work as a help desk, network, or software technician, or as an overall IT generalist.

  • Mechatronics Engineering Technology

    Want to combine your mechanical and technology skills into an exciting new career? The Mechatronics Engineering Technology program will prepare you for an entry-level position in areas such as electronics, robotics, industrial manufacturing, instrumentation, and automation.

  • Nurse Aide

    Nurse Aide positions are in high demand for local health care facilities. Complete in one semester.

    For Individuals with a High School Degree or Higher the CFCC Nurse Aide I (NA I) program is approved by the North Carolina State Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation (DPHSR). Students who complete the NA I training course are eligible to sit for the North Carolina State Nurse Aide I Registry. CFCC is an in-facility N.C. State Nurse Aide I testing site.

    Truck Driver Training prepares individuals to drive tractor-trailers rigs. This program teaches proper driving procedures, safe driver responsibility, commercial motor vehicle laws and regulations, and the basic principles and practices for operating commercial vehicles.

  • Welding Technology

    Want a high-demand job working with your hands? A degree in Welding Technology will prepare you for a career as a technician in welding and metalworking industries.

    The Welding Technology curriculum provides students with a sound understanding of the science, technology, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metal industry.
