Calculating Grade Point Average (GPA)

Click here to see what grade you need to make to pull up your GPA

Take the number of credit hours assigned to each registered class and multiply them by the value of the grade earned (A = 4pts, B = 3pts, C = 2pts,

D = 1 pt, F, W, WP, WF = 0 pts). Then calculate the number of cumulative credit hours attempted and divide that by the number of cumulative credit hours completed.

Example 1:

Student A is registered for 12 credit hours and passed all three classes.
