Registration for ALL students begins Monday, April 23, 2018, at 8:00 AM and continues through the day before each term starts.

New Students are required to complete the New Student Orientation prior to registering for courses. If you still need to complete the orientation, please complete the orientation at this time. If this is your first time in college, you will receive alternate instructions after viewing the Online Orientation video. Please proceed to the video HERE.

Do you need help with program planning or advice on which courses to take?
Students who need assistance with course selection and program planning may visit our Academic Advising Center located at the Wilmington Downtown Campus in Union Station, Room U246.

Academic Advising Center Office Hours:

  • May 14, 2018, to August 10, 2018 – Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • August 13, 2018, through the Fall term – Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*Students should arrive at least an hour before the closing time to ensure they have adequate time for an advisor to meet their needs.

Please note: Financial Aid students must take courses in their major/program. Please check “My Progress” in Student Planning to make sure that the courses you register for apply to your major. Financial Aid will not pay for courses that are not required for your major.



FALL 2018

Students will see Fall 2018 charges on their accounts on or around July 9, 2018 and payment for Fall is due in-full no later than 5:00PM on August 8, 2018.

Any balances due for registration or schedule adjustments that occur on and after payment due dates are due in-full on the day of registration.

If you have questions about financial aid, please visit either the Downtown Wilmington Campus Financial Aid Office in Union Station, Room 138, or the Financial Aid Office at North Campus in the McKeithan Center, Room NA100.

There is also a payment plan available for interested students. Students may sign up online through WebAdvisor/Student Planning. Students who have questions regarding the payment plan or who have general payment questions may visit the Cashier’s Office either at the Downtown Wilmington Campus in Union Station, Room U173 or at North Campus in the McKeithan Center, Room NA100.
