Biography
Caroline Hudson is a native of France. She holds a Master’s in English from Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier (France) and a teaching license in English from France. She also holds a Masters in French from the University of Southern Mississippi.
She has a broad experience teaching English and French, having taught English at many different levels, from grade school to university. She has also taught French at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced courses at UNCW. In her classes, she uses a communicative approach coupled with focus-on-form. Her classes are student-centered where the primary approach to learning the language is by talking about oneself. A recent transplant in the USA, she frequently incorporates current French cultural elements in her classroom.
