Biography

I have been an occupational therapist since 1997 and have worked in various settings. Early in my career, pediatric TBI was my passion and specialty. I have also worked in skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, pediatric and adult ICU, in-patient neuro rehab, and in-patient TBI/SCI. I was also a travel OT for two years, working in 5 states and multiple settings.

Since 2014, I have been the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and an instructor in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program here at CFCC.
I completed a Post Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate program at Chatham University in April 2022.

I love cooking, traveling, live music (especially Michael Franti!), and making the best of each day. I am a 3-year breast cancer survivor (yay, me!), so I view every day as a gift.
