Welcome to Cape Fear Community College. Each campus location has parking available for visitors.
Alston W. Burke Center at Surf City Visitor Parking
Parking spaces in the lot at CFCC’s Burgaw Center are available on a first-come, first-served basis for students and visitors.
Burgaw Center Visitor Parking
Parking spaces in the lot at CFCC’s Burgaw Center are available on a first-come, first-served basis for students, employees, and visitors.
North Campus Visitor Parking
Marked visitor parking is available at our North Campus at lots to both the right and left side of the McKeithan Center (Building NA).
Wilmington Campus Visitor Parking
Visitors to CFCC’s Wilmington Campus may utilize visitor parking (marked VP) spaces in Cape Fear Community College Lots L, A, and B as they are available. Please stop at the guardhouse and the parking guard on duty will direct you. Should the guard be unavailable, please proceed to a space labeled as visitor parking (VP).
If all of the visitor parking (VP) spaces are full, paid public parking is available on the street at meters or in the City/County parking decks. Please follow informational signage to avoid receiving a parking citation. It is not necessary to feed the meters if you have a State issued Handicap (ADA) placard or license plate.
Paid parking options near Cape Fear Community College:
- The Wilmington Convention Center Parking Deck is located on the corner of Nutt and Hanover Streets and is also an option for visitors to Cape Fear Community College. Please note, parking fees apply.
- The New Hanover County (Library) Parking Deck is located at 201 Chestnut Street. Please note, parking fees apply.
- The City of Wilmington operates parking decks at 114 North 2nd Street (between Chestnut and Princess Streets) and 115 Market Street (intersection of Market and 2nd Streets). Please note, parking fees apply.
- Cape Fear Community College’s Nutt Street and Hanover Parking Decks are only open to paid public parking after 5:00 pm on Fridays through 6:00 am on Mondays. During the week, these facilities are reserved for employees and students of CFCC. On the weekends, parking is available to the public, but fees apply – payable by debit/credit card only.
Wilson Center Parking
Cape Fear Community College’s performing arts center, the Wilson Center, hosts hundreds of events each year. Guests attending performances at the Wilson Center should consult the Wilson Center website for event parking information.
