CFCC to host Career Discovery Night featuring Emergency Medical Services
Wilmington, NC – Cape Fear Community College will host a Career Discovery Night to provide prospective students interested in becoming a paramedic or emergency medical technician (EMT) an opportunity to explore the careers. The event will be held on Thursday, May 2, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at CFCC’s North Campus (4500 Blue Clay Road, Castle Hayne). Space is limited to 25 participants for this event, and advance registration is required. Interested participants can register at cfcc.edu/career-discovery-night/ .
Focusing on meeting local workforce needs, the Career Discovery Night will feature information on career paths within the highlighted fields, salary insights, and skills in demand by local employers. Attendees can participate in interactive demonstrations, speak with faculty members and industry professionals, and tour the college’s training facilities.
In addition, CFCC’s admissions and financial aid department representatives will be on-site to provide information, answer questions, and assist with enrolling in a program.
