CFCC to present annual production of A Charlie Brown Christmas
Wilmington, NC – The Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) Department of Commercial, Fine, and Performing Arts is excited to invite the community to attend their production of A Charlie Brown Christmas, a stage adaptation by Eric Schaeffer based on the timeless classic created by Charles M. Schulz. This production, based on the beloved television special by Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson, will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, at the CFCC Wilson Center.
CFCC’s A Charlie Brown Christmas production has become a cherished holiday tradition in Wilmington. Audiences can look forward to an evening filled with the magic of live theater and music. As a special treat for the community, the performance will feature live music transporting you to the world of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the Peanuts gang.
“Our students are excited to bring this holiday tradition to Wilmington families once again,” said Jack Landry, CFCC Drama Instructor. “Performing such a beloved classic allows them to connect with audiences of all ages, and it’s inspiring to see their commitment to creating a memorable experience for the community.”
A collection of nonperishable food and household items will be held during the show, with all donations going to support the Good Shepherd Center.
