Student Services Outreach Form

This form was developed to create a streamlined way for CFCC staff and faculty to inform the Recruitment & Admissions team of community and school based outreach requests and needs. Examples include community festivals, middle and high school classroom or group presentations, career fairs, etc. This also allows our team to make sure you have the supplies required for a successful recruitment engagement, including handouts, promotional items, and other needs. By completing this form, we add this activity to a college-wide recruitment calendar. Thank you!
