CFCC to Host National Apprenticeship Day Event on April 30
Wilmington, NC (April 22, 2025) – Cape Fear Community College will celebrate National Apprenticeship Week with the Cape Fear for Careers: National Apprenticeship Day 2025 event on Wednesday, April 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will occur in and around the NF Building on CFCC’s North Campus (4500 Blue Clay Road, Castle Hayne, NC).
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with industry professionals, learn about apprenticeship pathways, explore hands-on training opportunities, and discover high-demand career fields that offer excellent job prospects and earning potential. The following fields will be represented:

- Automotive System Technology
- Collision, Repair & Refinishing Technology
- Computer-Integrated Machining
- Diesel & Heavy Equipment Technology
- Early Childhood Education
- Electrical Lineworker
- Electrical Systems
