Biography

Dr. Russell has over 20 years of combined industry experience including; Manufacturing, Management, Drafting & Design, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Reliability Testing. He has worked for several large and small manufacturing organizations in the US and has held various positions such as Draftsman, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Engineer, Project Manager, and Sales Representative throughout his career. He has experience in the automobile and power electronics industries. While working full time he put himself through college and has earned several academic degrees which include; AAS-Drafting, BS-Industrial Technology-Concentration in Manufacturing, MBA-Concentration in Entrepreneurship, and a Doctorate of Education EdD- Adult & Community College and Higher Education. Dr. Russell has been in Higher Education since 1997 as an instructor, administrator, and professor at 2 and 4 year higher education institutions. In addition, he is also a part-time consultant of quality and manufacturing and has worked for global manufacturing firms in which he traveled to Mexico, Europe, Canada, and Virgin Islands.
