I am a retired U.S. Marine who began a Culinary career in 2015 by enrolling at The Chef’s Academy, Morrisville NC. Upon graduating I began my culinary career while continuing my education eventually earning an B.S. from DeVry University and an MBA from Johnson and Wales. I began teaching at CFCC as an adjunct instructor for the Fall 2022 Semester. I assumed the role of Program Director, Hospitality Management starting with the Fall 2023 Semester.
