Dreaming of a life working in television? A degree in Film and Video Production Technology can help you learn to do just that!

The Film and Video Production Technology curriculum prepares students for entry-level employment in production support and selected technical areas of film, video, and associated media production. Instruction provides training for entry-level crew and/or production and post-production assistants in many moving image media forms.

The first-year content includes exposure to the entire production process. Students are taught by industry professionals who provide extensive hands-on instruction.

In the second year, students receive professional training by performing in various crew positions on actual production projects. Graduates may find employment as entry-level crew and/or production assistants in feature and short films, commercials, and industrial, educational, and documentary productions.
