CFCC receives $30,000 donation from the Assistance League of Greater Wilmington to support nursing students
Wilmington, NC – Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) is excited to announce a generous donation of $30,000 from the Assistance League of Greater Wilmington, which will provide vital support for nursing students. This contribution will fund $1,000 scholarships for 30 deserving students, offering them the opportunity to further their education and embark on fulfilling careers in healthcare.
The Assistance League of Greater Wilmington has been a steadfast partner in supporting Cape Fear Community College students. Since the inception of the Assistance League of Greater Wilmington Scholarship, they have provided $140,000 in funding, demonstrating their commitment to education, philanthropy, and supporting local students. This latest donation will significantly impact the lives of aspiring nurses, enabling them to pursue their education and training while easing the financial burden.
