Pre-Licensing, Provisional Broker

This course is designed to meet the educational requirements for a provisional broker as prescribed by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing, and real estate laws. Please note: This course requires a significant time commitment for study outside the classroom. Students are recommended to spend a minimum of 1 hour of study outside the classroom for every 1-hour classroom instruction. For more information, go to ncrec.gov
