Pre-Licensing, Provisional Broker
This course is designed to meet the educational requirements for a provisional broker as prescribed by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing, and real estate laws. Please note: This course requires a significant time commitment for study outside the classroom. Students are recommended to spend a minimum of 1 hour of study outside the classroom for every 1-hour classroom instruction. For more information, go to ncrec.gov

Radon in Real Estate
This course will introduce students to the sources of radon, the methods of testing and mitigating for radon, and how to guide their clients on the subject of elevated radon levels measured in a building. *Must hold a valid NCREC license to take this course.
Real Estate Post-Licensing
Post 301, Post 302, and Post 303. These courses meet the NC mandatory post-licensing education program. The primary objective of the course is to provide instruction at a level beyond that provided in the Pre-Licensing courses on topics deemed to be of special importance. Real Estate General Update (GenUp) (4 hours)
This course fulfills the NC Real Estate Commission’s requirement for licensed agents to complete their continuing education. Topics are prescribed by the Commission each year.
Real Estate Broker In Charge (BICUP)(4 hours)
This course fulfills the NC Real Estate Commission’s requirement for a broker’s in charge to complete their continuing education. Topics are prescribed by the Commission each year.
