Light refreshments will be served from 5:00 – 5:30 PM followed by a brief introduction to library resources and a book discussion of chosen Big Read title, Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi. An initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest, the NEA Big Read broadens our understanding of our world, our communities, and ourselves through the power of a shared reading experience.
