CFCC Teaching Academy
The purpose of this professional development is to enhance teaching practices with the goal of increasing student engagement and success, particularly in first-year students. As participants in the Teaching Academy, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from many disciplines to discuss experiences and brainstorm effective teaching strategies.
The Teaching Academy uses a hybrid instructional format – one face to face workshop and online discussion – for each topic. Our discussions will focus on topics identified in CFCC’s 2015 CCSSE Benchmark Score Report .
