CFCC to Host College and Career Information Session for Spanish-Speaking Families
Wilmington, NC – Cape Fear Community College, in partnership with the College Foundation of North Carolina, will host a college and career information session for Spanish-speaking families from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, in room U-170 at Union Station (502 N. Front Street). Free parking will be available in student lot #2, located at Front Street and Hanover Street, directly behind CFCC’s Wilson Center. The information session is open to all New Hanover and Pender County families, students, and staff.
The College and Career Information Session will feature informative presentations and resources on how to plan, apply, and pay for college. Information will be provided about CFCC’s programs, as well as a resource fair where prospective students can learn about the services CFCC provides. Speakers include Juana Hernandez-Lira from the College Foundation of North Carolina and Jocelinne Perfecto, CFCC Latino Outreach Coordinator.
