CFCC to Host Part-Time Career Fair on August 27
Wilmington, NC (August 14, 2025) – Cape Fear Community College will host a part-time career fair on Wednesday, August 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the L Building lobby at the corner of 2nd Street and Red Cross. The event is open to the public and will connect students, job seekers, and community members with various part-time employment opportunities in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail industries.
“CFCC values the importance of linking students and community members with rewarding part-time job opportunities,” said Jim Morton, CFCC President. “This career fair brings together job seekers with employers who are actively searching for part-time talent.”
Attendees at the fair will have the opportunity to engage with local businesses across different industries. Whether in search of flexible work schedules to accommodate college classes or looking to supplement income with part-time employment, there will be a wide range of job openings available to suit diverse skills and interests.
