CFCC to offer English as a Second Language course in Pender County this fall

English as a Second LanguageWilmington, NC – Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) is offering an English as a Second Language (ESL) course for adults this fall in Pender County. This course is designed to help non-native English speakers improve their language skills, enabling them to better integrate into the community and enhance their employment opportunities.

The ESL course will run from August 27 to November 21. Classes will be held at Cape Fear Middle School (1866 NC-133, Rocky Point, NC) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This course is open to all adults age 18 or older who are seeking to improve their English proficiency in a supportive and interactive learning environment.
