Biography

As a graduate from the Cape Fear Community College Culinary program, I am following my dream of preparing delicious meals for folks in the Cape Fear region. I have always loved being in a kitchen and trying new foods and recipes. My college training has just solidified that love and has given me the advanced skills necessary to cook for the public.

Since graduating from CFCC, I am now employed in the school’s culinary department, assisting the students and the Chef Instructors, and I am also a faculty member, teaching Food Purchasing, Food and Beverage Service, and Continuing Education classes. I love being a part of the CFCC team.

In addition to my roles at CFCC, I also do catering and private chef events in Wilmington.
