Drop-In Financial Assistance Day Event – July 19

Wilmington, NC (July 7, 2025) – Cape Fear Community College invites current and prospective students to a drop-in Financial Aid assistance event on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will be held in Room 312 of the L Building, located at 411 N. Front Street, Wilmington on CFCC’s downtown campus.

Whether you’re starting your journey at CFCC or continuing your education, this event is the perfect opportunity to:

  • Ask general questions about financial aid
  • Receive one-on-one help with FAFSA completion
  • Get assistance with FAFSA verification

Students under 24 who need help completing the FAFSA are encouraged to bring a parent or have access to their parents’ information, including date of birth and Social Security number. While 2023 tax information isn’t required, having it on hand can help speed up the process.

No appointment is needed. Current and prospective students can stop by and have our financial aid team guide them through the process.
