Cape Fear Community College offers a wide-range of benefits intended to create and enhance a great working experience for its employees.

Procedure

A voluntary dental health plan and vision insurance are available to full-time employees at their own expense. Employees are eligible to select coverage during the first 30 days of their employment. Information may be obtained from Human Resources.
