CFCC to Hold Spring Open House on March 21

Wilmington, NC (March 5, 2026) – Cape Fear Community College will welcome prospective students, their families, and community members to discover all that CFCC has to offer at its Spring Open House on Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Downtown Campus. Guests can check in at the Schwartz Center, located at 601 N. Front Street. Parking will be available in the parking lot directly behind CFCC’s Wilson Center (on the corner of Front Street and Hanover Street).

With more than 170 academic and career training programs, CFCC is ready to help individuals prepare for high-demand careers, begin their college journey, or take the next step in their current professions.

What to expect:

  • Program directors will be available at tables to answer questions, provide handouts, and showcase equipment. In addition, select labs and workshops will be open to explore.
  • Attend an information session to learn about admissions, financial aid, and Career & College Promise (dual enrollment).
  • Take a campus tour to get a feel for campus life and see our facilities.
  • Complete a career assessment to see how CFCC can help you reach your goals.
