CFCC to Offer Online Professional Development Training for Business and Industry

professional development training Cape Fear Community College, in partnership with SyncLX, has expanded its professional development offerings to include virtual, self-paced courses designed to meet business and industry professional development needs.

Through the Economic and Workforce Development division at CFCC, emerging, rising, and thriving professionals can benefit from a variety of virtual professional development offerings. Business and industry managers interested in comprehensive training plans and talent retention strategies for their teams will have the opportunity to register for a monthly subscription and in turn, receive access to a library of professional development training courses ranging from executive leadership and diversity and inclusion training to mindset and safety soft skills training.

“During a time when in-person meetings are limited, we are happy to provide a way for business and industry managers to invest in their employees with a variety of training opportunities their employees can complete at a time and pace that works for them,” said Liz Riepe, CFCC Workforce Development and Corporate Training Coordinator.

These short, on-demand, self-paced classes can be completed in as few as 15 minutes.
