CFCC to Offer Online Professional Development Training for Business and Industry
Cape Fear Community College, in partnership with SyncLX, has expanded its professional development offerings to include virtual, self-paced courses designed to meet business and industry professional development needs.
Through the Economic and Workforce Development division at CFCC, emerging, rising, and thriving professionals can benefit from a variety of virtual professional development offerings. Business and industry managers interested in comprehensive training plans and talent retention strategies for their teams will have the opportunity to register for a monthly subscription and in turn, receive access to a library of professional development training courses ranging from executive leadership and diversity and inclusion training to mindset and safety soft skills training.
“During a time when in-person meetings are limited, we are happy to provide a way for business and industry managers to invest in their employees with a variety of training opportunities their employees can complete at a time and pace that works for them,” said Liz Riepe, CFCC Workforce Development and Corporate Training Coordinator.
These short, on-demand, self-paced classes can be completed in as few as 15 minutes.
