Biography:

Benjamin Lishner is a Wilmington, NC-based scenic designer, lighting designer, and theatre director. He has made theatre in Baltimore, MD; Long Beach, CA; Portland, OR; New York City, NY; and St. Petersburg, Russia. Before coming to CFCC in 2020, he taught students at CSU Long Beach, Minot State University, and Murray State University.

Lishner received his BA in Theatre and History from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD in 2010 and has earned his MFA in Scenic Design from California State University, Long Beach in 2015.
