Biography

Aimee began working as the College Liaison for Wilmington Early College High School in 2021, after serving as the Director of CFCC’s Disability Support Services office for 6 years. She also currently teaches College Transfer Success courses at the college. Prior to her time at CFCC, Aimee served for more than 10 years at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as the Disability Services Coordinator and an adjunct faculty member. Prior to that role, she taught middle and high school students, in both North Carolina and Virginia Public Schools. Aimee comes from a family of educators, all of whom inspired her passion to help all students gain access to meaningful educational opportunities.
