Biography:
Passionate about teaching for 11 years, Angie Waller is from Eastern North Carolina in Sampson County and was previously a faculty member at Wayne Community College. With a zeal to develop future generations of artists, Waller is deeply interested in giving back to the community, and she travels extensively.
Waller has been married to her husband for 11 years. Both work hard and love to travel, and Waller has led the international travel programs for WCC. She has led four trips in recent years and just returned from two weeks in Italy with 45 students and community leaders.
In 2022, Waller was nominated by Governor Roy Cooper to serve on the North Carolina Museum of Art board of trustees. She feels very honored to be a part of the CFCC faculty and looks forward to building roots in the community.
