Biography

Jessica joined Cape Fear Community College in May 2006 as a full-time dental hygiene instructor. In 2019, she became the director of the dental hygiene program and in 2024 she became a Department Chair for the Health and Human Services Division. Her course responsibilities include ones in the dental programs – infection control, professional development, and ethics.

Jessica enjoys cooking, reading, Peloton classes, running, and traveling. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the American Dental Education Association.
