Biography

A Wilmington native, Katie Griffin graduated from CFCC with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2004. She became a long-term care nurse and started teaching as a part-time Nurse Aide I & II Instructor in 2014. In 2019, she became a full-time faculty member. On July 1, 2023, she took on the role of Coordinator for CFCC’s Nurse Aide I & II Programs.
