Biography

Meredith has worked in the North Carolina Community College system for 31 years. The last 20 years have been at Cape Fear Community College where she taught a wide variety of college writing classes in the English department and served as the Lead for College Success for several years. She now serves as the college liaison for Southeast Area Technical (SEA-Tech) High School and teaches College Transfer Success. She earned her master’s degree in Teaching English from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received her Developmental Education Specialist Certification form Appalachian State University. Meredith loves working with students to help them choose their educational path at CFCC and support them to be successful on their journey.
