Salaries

Policy Statement

The salaries of all personnel are paid from State, County, or Institutional funds; therefore, they must be within the guidelines established by the NC Community College System and College policies related to salaries. Beginning salaries for instructors are determined by the applicant’s full-time teaching experience, educational preparation, and business or industry experience. Beginning salaries for non-teaching staff are based on the pay range assigned to each position.
