Reservations
Nautilus Restaurant offers a variety of menu options based on the cuisines and culinary techniques students are learning. French Classical menus are offered twice to provide the students with additional learning opportunities for cooking techniques. Global Cuisine menus change weekly and feature a different country or cuisine. All dishes are prepared and served by CFCC culinary, baking, and hospitality management students.
