Store Policies

Refund Policies

  • MUST have the receipt/no Exceptions! (Dates are printed on receipt)
  • Textbooks and loose-leaf textbooks are not returnable once opened.
  • No refunds on kits, uniforms, and passcodes once opened (including if you ask for the code to be emailed to you these codes will be non-refundable).
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • General Merchandise must be returned within 48 hours of purchase and must be unopened.
  • Apparel must be returned within 48 hours of purchase and have all tags attached.
  • Laptops, laptop peripherals, and software are non-refundable once opened.
  • Technology and electronic items are non-refundable once opened.
  • Transactions must be returned to the original form of payment.

Credit Cards & Checks Policy

  • MUST have ID (either Student ID or Driver’s License) when using a credit card or writing a check
  • No starter checks accepted.
  • Business checks need approval.

Web Order Returns

  • MUST email Webtech at mingerman@cfcc.edu for all return requests!
  • Returns without prior approval via above email will not be approved.
