Program Requirements
All students are required to have the following items before the first day of class.
ID Document Requirements for enrollment per the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners
These programs require that students upload specific ID documents through a secure portal maintained by the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners. These documents must be on file for you to remain enrolled in your program. Please review the following video guide provided by the NC State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners:

Students who do not upload eligible required documents into the portal will not be able to remain enrolled in the program so please do this as soon as possible.

Other Requirements
- Nail Tech Kit, purchased from the CFCC bookstore, approx. $450 (before tax)
- Personal kits are not acceptable. This kit must be purchased new.
- Digital Textbook & Access Card, purchased from the CFCC bookstore, approx. $200
- Previous additions are not acceptable. New purchases provide an access code for the online material.
- Computer or Tablet with camera and microphone for online learning
- Black tennis shoes with minimal markings
- Navy blue scrubs, top and bottom
