Whether you are experiencing a crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, these resources are available to support you.
Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Using the 988 Lifeline is free, confidential, and judgment-free. Talking with someone can help save your life. Available 24/7 via call, text, or chat.
NC Peer Warmline
A free, private phone line you can call day or night to talk with someone who has personal experience with mental health or substance use disorders. Call any time you’re feeling sad, stressed, lonely, or just need to talk. You do not need to be in crisis to call.
