Health Science Applications
The TEAS test is a minimum requirement for the majority of CFCC’s Health Science programs (with the exception of our Medical Assisting and Pharmacy Technology programs). Potential applicants are encouraged to complete this form if they are not sure whether they are meeting eligibility requirements or have questions about the test.
